Sometimes the video doesn't matter and the sound does: a song you can't name, a voiceover you want to study, or a trending audio you want to practise to. Clipzy pulls the audio track out of any public TikTok and saves it as a standard MP3, in three steps:
- In TikTok, tap Share on the video, then Copy link.
- Paste the link into the box above and tap Analyze.
- Tap Download MP3. Clipzy converts the sound for a moment, then the MP3 saves to your device.
Want the video instead? Paste the same link into the main TikTok downloader for a watermark-free MP4 in HD.
What People Use TikTok MP3s For
- Identify a song: play the MP3 into a music-recognition app when the video doesn't name the track.
- Study a voiceover: listen to how a creator paces a hook or a story without the visuals.
- Practise: dancers, singers and language learners loop the audio while they rehearse.
- Archive your own sounds: keep a copy of original audio you created, in case the video is ever removed.
Where the MP3 Is Saved
On iPhone, Safari saves audio to the Files app under Downloads (audio files don't appear in Photos); open it from there or share it straight into GarageBand, CapCut or another app. On Android, the MP3 lands in your Downloads folder and shows up in music and file apps. On Windows and Mac, it goes to your browser's downloads folder.
Audio Quality
The MP3 is taken from the TikTok's own audio track, so it sounds the same as the video does on your phone. TikTok compresses audio when a video is uploaded, and no converter can add back quality that was lost there, so for a studio-quality copy of a song, the official release on a music service will always sound better.
When Audio Isn't Available
- The video is private or deleted: only public TikToks can be fetched.
- The sound was muted: TikTok sometimes removes music for copyright reasons, leaving no audio track to save.
- It's a profile link: copy the link of the video itself, not the account.
Using a Sound in Your Own TikTok
If you want to make your own video with a trending sound, don't upload the MP3. Tap the sound name on the original TikTok and choose Use this sound instead: your video joins that sound's page, which helps people discover it, and the music stays properly licensed. Save MP3s for personal listening, study and your own original audio.
